CMBHS Troubleshooting and Security Administrator Services
I can help your organization through the process from start to finish of writing and submitting a federal SAMHSA grant application for funding. I can write all or part of the grant narrative and, if desired, can lead and coordinate your staff in gathering and developing all of the other components and even help in making copies, ordering and numbering pages and getting the application in the mail. If you would prefer to write the grant application yourself, I can provide a professional review of your product with suggestions to make it more likely to be funded.
I have been writing federal, state and local grant applications for over 25 years and have won over $25 million dollars in grants in the past 20 years. I have also been a federal grant reviewer for federal agencies like SAMHSA, HRSA and DOJ for the past 25 years.

If you are a substance abuse treatment provider in the state of Texas and you receive funding from the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), then you are required to use the CMBHS web-based client data management system. I have been using the CMBHS system since its inception and was part of the beta testing and other development activities. I was the CMBHS trainer and Security Administrator for Mental Health Mental Retardation of Tarrant County - Addiction Services Division (MHMRTC-AdS) until 2010 and have been a CMBHS Security Administrator and troubleshooter for Nexus Recovery Center in Dallas, Texas and Santa Maria Hostel in Houston, Texas for 15 years and 5 years respectively.
Since CMBHS is a web-based program, I can troubleshoot for your organization and provide new staff profile set up, new program set up, removal of discharge summaries and other documents as one of your organization's CMBHS Security Administrators from my own computer in the Dallas, Texas area. When necessary, I can travel onsite for meetings and other planning discussions. I can save your staff alot of time and trouble tickets with the CMBHS Helpdesk. Let me deal with your CMBHS headaches!
I have been doing basic program reporting for over 25 years, first as the Clinical Director at Tarrant Council on Alcoholism & Drug Abuse (now Recovery Resource Council) and then as Program Evaluator and Addiction Services Division Director at MHMR of Tarrant County, and then as the Data Manager at Nexus Recovery Center in Dallas, Texas and Data Consultant for Santa Maria Hostel in Houston, Texas. I can help you evaluate your current program evaluation activities and help you do basic program performance and data integrity reports that clinicians and managers typically don't have time for.
